At any time you may request that your personal information is removed from KHDCs records. You may also update your contact information at any time.
KHDC may contact you by telephone, email or direct mail where appropriate periodically to check that the information held about you is up to date. This is necessary to ensure KHDCs compliance with its obligations under data protection legislation.
If you would like to remove all your details from KHDCs records, simply send a written request by email to KHDC and put “remove details” in the subject line. KHDC will reply by email to confirm that your details have been removed or if that is not possible, the reasons for not doing so. KHDC aims to ensure that all removal requests are dealt with within 48 hours of receipt of such request. However, KHDC shall not be liable to you should this 48 hour target fail to be achieved.
Removal of your details from KHDCs records may prevent KHDC from providing services to you. If you have any queries about the effect removing your details may have please contact KHDC.
