Welcome to
Kent House Dental Clinic
We would like to thank all of our patients for your understanding and continued support through the Coronavirus lockdowns. We have worked hard to bring back services safely. Our ability to see patients has improved hugely, but we continue to manage the capacity of the practice and the NHS waiting list.
All patients, please be aware of our Patient attendance policy before attending the practice.

Emergency Appointments
If you have a dental emergency, please call us to arrange an emergency visit. If you turn up at the practice, we may be able to see you if we have an appointment available otherwise you will be given an appointment as soon as possible.
Patient Attendance
During the pandemic, we implemented new procedures in order to keep you and us safe. We have continued to exercise some of these procedures including wearing masks. We expect all patients (unless exempt on medical grounds) to wear masks inside the practice and whenever asked to by a member of staff.
We ask all patients to fill out a Covid screening form and medical form prior to your appointments sent to you via email. Please ensure that we hold up-to-date email and phone numbers for you.
If you have an appointment and have any symptoms of Covid-19
Please do not attend the practice if you have any covid-19 symptoms and or have tested positive. Call us to rearrange your appointment. If you need an emergency appointment and have covid-19 symptoms or tested positive, please call the practice so that we can arrange a specific telephone triage appointment with a dentist.
Before you arrive for your appointment:
Complete a medical history form and Covid-19 declaration. These forms will be emailed to you from dentalforms@intelligentforms.co.uk
Please keep an eye for this and check your spam folder if not in your inbox.
When at the practice:
- wear your own face mask or covering
- use hand sanitizer gel
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are implementing to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.
